Registration Process

Make an appointment with a Transport Canada certified doctor

Certify the financing of your project if necessary.

For commercial training programs, we will ask for financial certification. Link funding services (Canadian citizens only) : https://www.capitalehelicoptere.com/en/financing.

Once you have received approval for steps 1 and 2, fill out the official training documents (enrolment form, student-pilot contract, payment agreement), and make the deposit.

The next steps apply only to international students.

You must provide us with a copy of all the documents listed below in order to receive a letter of acceptance from the Notre-Dame de Foy Campus.

Passport valid for 24 months after start of training (color copy)
Birth certificate
Last diploma obtained
School results for the last three years of study
Signed enrollment form

After you obtain the letter of acceptance from the Notre-Dame de Foy Campus, you can begin the application process for a Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ).

Apply for a study permit from the Canadian government (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada).

Health Insurance

As soon as you arrive, you will automatically be enrolled in the Campus Notre Dame de Foy group insurance plan. The cost of the insurance, approximately $ 950 per year, will be billed at the same time as your tuition fees. Medical insurance taken out abroad is not accepted.
