Periodic maintenance is conducted every 50, 100, or 150 hours, depending on aircraft model. Periodic aircraft inspections are critical for minimizing the risk of malfunction. Proper maintenance ensures the safe operation of the aircraft.
Complete reconditioning / Overhaul
The Maintenance Centre refurbishes helicopters. Aircraft are inspected, disassembled, then reassembled using new parts, reconditioned parts, or parts that have passed inspection, depending on your needs and the condition of the helicopter. The Centre is specifically authorized by the Robinson Helicopter Company as a service centre for Robinson R44, R22 and R66 aircraft.
Breakdown assistance (service call)
Our crew can come to you wherever you are to perform unscheduled maintenance or carry out repairs after breakdown or an incident and restore your aircraft to working order. The Maintenance Centre also offers maintenance contracts to operators with no AMO (Approved Maintenance Organization). The crew can come to you to conduct aircraft maintenance onsite.
Installation of optional equipment
Our crew can also install optional equipment on various types of aircraft, such as auto-pilot systems, air conditioning units and a multitude of other equipment approved for your aircraft.
Sale of parts
The Maintenance Centre has an inventory of parts from various manufacturers such as Robinson and Airbus, etc., as well as a wide range of ready-to-use products.
Our crew can assist you with the purchase of helicopters abroad and with the inspection process once back in Québec. We can also help you sell aircraft abroad, ensuring that the aircraft is in compliance with the receiving country’s regulations.
Support for purchase or sale of aicraft
The Maintenance Centre has the necessary resources to help you purchase, trade, or sell aircraft. If you need assistance with the inspection process, we provide that service as well.
It is essential that the refueling of an aircraft be done safely by people trained for this purpose. The qualified Capitale Hélicoptère Maintenance Centre team therefore handles aircraft refueling, whether they use jet fuel or 100-LL (avgas), with outstanding attention to detail.

We can customize your helicopter according to your requirements, be it for refurbishing the interior or painting the exterior of your aircraft. Our selection of colours and our team of graphic designers offer you endless possibilities.
The Maintenance Centre is located at Quebec City’s Jean Lesage International Airport, a strategic location that allows easy access to the hangar, not just for local helicopter operators and business owners, but also for non-local customers. Space inside the hangar can be put at your disposal to park your helicopter for short or extended periods.
